La araña camello también conocida como camel spider
 es uno de los animales más sorprendentes y en torno a los que se 
originan grandes misterios y leyendas.Los solífugos (lat. Solifugae) o 
solpúgidos (la. Solpugides) son un orden de arácnidos carnívoros, 
relativamente grandes, presentes en todos los países tropicales.Este 
tipo de araña de aspecto acorazado y prehistórico aunque parezcan 
amenzante no es realmente peligroso ni posee ningún veneno mortal como 
aseguran algunos mitos y leyendas sobre este arácnido.E.V.: The camel spider is one of the most surprising animals. Big mysteries and legends originate and surround this animal. The Solifugae or Solpugide are a class of carnivorous arachnids, relatively big, being present in all the tropical countries. This spider has an armor-plate and prehistoric aspect and even when it looks threatening it is in fact not dangerous nor it has a mortal poison like some myths and legends say so.

E.V.: They are voracious carnivorous that chase their prey until they grab them with their adhesive extremities of their pedipalps and then it launches quick and effective bites from their cheliceras. Consequently, they are capable to catch and devour even armed and potentially dangerous preys, like scorpions or hornets.

E.V.: While they are turning into pieces their preys, they spray them with their digestive liquids and after that it makes easier the suction of the remains of it in a fluid way; coinciding in this aspect with the rest of spiders and other arachnid predators.
